The coolest Christmas gift I received was a Finis SwimMp3. Now that the swim workouts are lasting up to 75 minutes it makes a huge difference to have tunes to listen to as I am swimming laps.

Back to Business
After I great Christmas in Kelowna I have been back in Winterpeg for the last week. Now that my liver is dried out it now time to getting back to business. Have settled back into work and have lost the few pounds that I gained over the two weeks. Workouts are going well. I have a physical this week as well as a series of fitness tests at the U of M. Scott wants to start dialling workouts into intensities so I have to go through the test. Can not believe that I have to pay to get tortured.
